Helpline

Sometimes you just need to talk something through.

Our helpline offers support and understanding from people who understand life with MS.

We’re not medical advisers, but we can help you think through what support might help next.

Not sure where to start?

Start small, join a group, read a blog sign up to an event.

Or just sit with the fact that there are thousands of other young adults navigating this too.

You’re still you. MS doesn’t get to rewrite that.

And we’re here when you’re ready.
