What we do

Our vision is a world where every young person living with MS feels seen and supported.

Our mission

We bring young people aged 18–35 living with MS together through community, social connection and mental health support so they feel understood, less alone and confident about their future.

If you’re 18–35 and navigating life with MS, we’re here for you.

Every year, more than 7,000 people are diagnosed with MS in the UK. Many are in their 20s and 30s, just starting to build their lives, careers and relationships.

Life with MS today doesn’t look like it did 20 years ago. Treatments and outcomes have improved, but support for young people hasn’t caught up. We believe you deserve better support - and that’s where we come in.

We’re the charity for young people living with MS, offering community, social and mental health support across the UK and Ireland. Through virtual support groups, events and therapy shaped by lived experience, we help you build friendships, grow in confidence and become part of a community that gets it.

No-one should have to figure out MS on their own. We’re here for you, alongside thousands of young people who have already found connection through MS Together.
