Talks, workshops and speakers
Real conversations about life with MS - from people living it.

We offer talks, panels and workshops by the team at MS Together that bring lived experience into professional, academic, media and community spaces.
We help organisations understand what it means to navigate MS in your 20s and 30s, beyond the clinical picture.
If you want your team, audience, or organisation to better understand what it’s like to live with MS, we’d love to work with you.
We don’t speak about young people with MS.
We speak as young people with MS.

Community organisations
Booking a talk, workshop or speaker from MS Together gives you direct access to lived experience, helping you understand the real-world impact of MS for young people.
MS often affects people in early adulthood, when they are building careers, relationships and independence, areas that many organisations directly influence or support.
Understanding this context can help your organisation make better decisions, communicate more effectively and provide impactful support
What we cover
Depending on your audience, sessions can explore:
- What diagnosis in early adulthood really feels like
- Invisible and fluctuating symptoms
- Identity, confidence and mental health
- Work, ambition and reasonable adjustments
- Gaps in age-appropriate support
- What meaningful support actually looks like
We create space for questions, reflection and open conversation.

We are a charity, and speaking engagements help to fund our support services to young adults living with MS. Fees vary depending on the format, audience and time commitment. We’re happy to discuss this openly when you get in touch.
