Counselling and therapy
Professional mental health support. Built around real life with MS.

What we offer
Living with MS in your 20s or 30s can bring a lot to process. Diagnosis, work changes, relationships, fear about the future.
And it’s okay if this feels hard.
Our counselling and group therapy services are designed specifically for young adults living with MS. They’re professional, structured, and shaped by lived experience.
You don’t have to carry it on your own.

Help us to continue this service
We keep our session donations low so support stays accessible. If you’re in a position to help us continue offering this life-changing service, you can support here:
Every donation helps another young adult access support when they need it most.
You’re still you
MS is part of your life. It doesn’t define all of it.
If something feels heavy right now, therapy can help you make sense of it, at your own pace.
We’re here when you’re ready.
