Kristina Cuppari

Kristina is a qualified chartered accountant with over 14 years’ experience in governance, internal audit, risk management and controls. She has spent much of her career helping organisations strengthen their control environments, manage risk effectively and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.

She is currently the Risk Management Lead at the John Lewis Partnership, and prior to this was a Director at PwC, advising organisations across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and retail sectors in both the UK and Australia. Kristina has extensive experience working with boards and executive teams, and her consultancy and in‑house background enables her to bring a clear, structured and people‑centred approach to solving complex challenges.

As a trustee, she draws on this experience to support MS Together’s governance, strategy and sustainable growth as the charity continues to expand its reach and impact.

Alongside her professional career, Kristina is passionate about supporting organisations with a social purpose. Becoming a trustee is her way of giving back to a charity that has been such a positive and supportive community for her since her MS diagnosis.
